Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are entitled to:

  • A gift card equal to the value of the product, or

  • A full refund for the damaged or defective item.

Please contact our customer support team within 5 business days of receiving your order.
You will be asked to provide photos or proof showing the damage or defect.
Depending on the case, we may request that you return the item.


Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 10–15 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account.
